when the “vintage” style is highly fashionable, the meeting between Zeiss and Very Vintage has led to an elegant retro collection that tells the story of eyewear, a unique product that over the years has become a cult object capable of influencing fashion and customs.At an exclusive preview held at White, Milan’s temple of fashion and design, during Fashion Week, the public were able to admire a unique collection consisting exclusively of authentic models traced on a tour of the world thanks to Very Vintage’s passion for an accessory that is now a cult. The protagonists of the exhibition were designer and other eyewear of the 60s, 70s and 80s, which were returned to their original splendor and combined the fascination and allure of an era with the superior quality of Zeiss-certified lenses.
“Renovated” and enhanced selected rarities: every model is a small masterpiece in a limited number, usually 5 or 6, and a variety of colors. To further underscore their very high quality standard, the original lenses of the Very Vintage collection have been replaced by new Zeiss lenses in CR 39, which guarantee long-lasting, excellent vision quality. Each lens has been provided with a special hardening treatment to protect them from scratching or other damage that could compromise the optical characteristics, and to keep lens state perfect and unaltered.
