Revo Sunglasses were designed by Mitch Ruda, an optical engineer, who had the revolutionary idea of applying the special coatings developed by NASA to protect satellite portholes from outer space radiation to sunglass lenses. Multiple anti-reflective coatings on the back surface reduce glare. The finished lens works like a graphic equalizer to selectively transmit light that is most beneficial to vision while potentially harmful and irritating light is minimized. Revo sunglasses come with or without polarized lenses and provide excellent resistance to abrasion and scraping while providing comfortable, light weight frames. Luxottica is the licensed manufacturer of Revo Sunglasses.
