1、报价（quotations）
Dear Sir,
We thank you for your inquiry of the May 11,2007 and have pleasure in submitting our quotations as listed below:
1. 10 doz. Ball pens(black) @ $10.00 per doz.
2. 5 doz. Pencils(Red) @ $5.00 per doz.
3. 5 doz. Erasers @ $12.00 per doz.
4. 5 doz. Sharpeners @ $9.00 per doz.
5. 5 doz. Ball pens(blue) @ $4.00 per doz.
6. 10 doz. Exercise Books @ $15.00 per doz.
Samples of the goods can be inspected at our above address, or alternatively it can be arranged by sending our representative to your office with samples for your inspection at our expense.
The rates quoted above are net, and the delivery of goods will be made at your office as desired are our expense. The payment of the bills in two months' time from the date of delivery of goods is acceptabole to us. The quotations are to be open for a period of one month from this date.
